- Vote to accept the minutes of the regular meeting held on December 20, 2010.
- Vote to open the meeting to the public.
- Vote to adopt a Resolution empowering Mayor Ryan J. Bingham to enter into and amend contractual instruments on behalf of the City of Torrington for the Home Management Contract #143-SBG-34/10DSS5002AD for the Oct. 1, 2010 – Sept 30, 2011 contract year.
- Vote to authorize the Mayor to sign the Home Management Contract #143-SBG-34/10DSS5002AD for the Oct. 1, 2010 – Sept. 30, 2011 contract year in the amount of $44,423.
- Vote to approve the appointment of James P. Steck, Esq. and Joel D. Perlotto, Esq. as Hearing Officers under § 161-9 E (1) of the Torrington Code for a two year term expiring Dec. 31, 2012.
- Vote to approve the Building Department Report for November 2010.
- Vote to open the meeting to the public on "agenda items" only.
- Vote to consider business presented by Department Heads.
- Vote to consider business presented by the Mayor and members of the City Council.
